The evening sunset sail departs daily from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm and cruises smoothly across the Whitsunday passage, before returning to the Coral Sea Marina after sunset.

Sail into a Whitsunday sunset
From 5:00 pm guests will board Providence V from the Coral Sea Marina at Airlie Beach, and cruise smoothly into the serene soft pink and orange hues of a Whitsunday sunset! Be greeted by your friendly crew with a complimentary glass of bubbles as you begin to sail across the Whitsunday Passage to Pioneer Bay from Airlie Beach. Take in the marvellous views of the Whitsundays with friends old and new, and be sure to grab a photo aboard Providence V's elegant, spacious decks!
Return in the moonlight to Airlie Beach
Fill the afternoon with enchanting sailing moments, as you enjoy the fully licensed bar and delicious complimentary sunset nibbles! Unwind peacefully to the soft lull of the ocean, as the sun disappears for the day over the Whitsunday mainland. Sail back to the Coral Sea Marina by dazzling moonlight, arriving by approximately 7:00 pm.

No, there is a fully licensed bar onboard so no BYO. Please bring a card for drink purchases!
Where is check-in?
Please meet at the northern end of Coral Sea Marina, near the Kiosk Cafe and roundabout, 15 minutes prior to departure.

It was lovely! The staff was super friendly and attentive.
Staff beautifully welcoming and nothing any trouble. Despite calling and emailing ahead with advice of 10 under18 the staff on deck didnt know and the girls all got 4 cans of warm soft drink between the 10 of us. Beautiful part of the country to sail despite no sunset due. No free gift, confusingly.
